In Naryn Region, electricity consumption limits have been increased

In the Naryn region, limits on electricity consumption during peak load hours have been increased. According to the Ministry of Energy, the new limit is now 264,312 kWh, which is an increase from the previous level of 189,648 kWh.

This decision is aimed at improving the stability of the region's energy supply and supporting the increase in electricity supply volumes. It was made as part of initiatives to ensure the reliable operation of the energy system of the Kyrgyz Republic under maximum load conditions.

Additionally, the presidential representative in the Naryn region, together with local administrations, territorial divisions of the Ministry of Energy, and the state-owned enterprise "Kyrgyzkomur," are implementing ongoing measures to provide the population with coal.

Furthermore, in cooperation with antimonopoly services, raids are being conducted to prevent unjustified price increases for coal. As a result of the inspections, no violations in pricing have been recorded.

As of today, the price of coal in the Naryn region is no more than 5,500 soms. Solid fuel reserves exceed 3,000 tons, of which approximately 1,500 tons are located at the social fuel bases of the state-owned enterprise "Kyrgyzkomur."
