The daughter of Vladimir Putin has become the director of the medical institute at Moscow State University.

Maria Vorontsova, the daughter of Russian President Vladimir Putin, has been appointed as the director of the Medical Scientific-Educational Institute (MNEI) at Lomonosov Moscow State University. This was reported by the Telegram channel "Dozhd".
The MNEI represents an "integrated scientific-educational cluster," which includes the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine, the Center for Regenerative Medicine, and the university clinic of Moscow State University.
According to information on the website of the Faculty of Fundamental Medicine, in recent years, Moscow State University has been actively implementing a personnel policy aimed at renewing management structures and supporting the younger generation of specialists.
From 2022 to 2024, Vorontsova held the position of Deputy Dean for Science at the faculty, and from 2024 to 2025, she was the Deputy Director for Science at the MNEI.
This summer, Maria Vorontsova spoke at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum with a speech dedicated to enhancing human capabilities.
