"All major events in the country are provided with equipment by one state enterprise; the technology must be in one hand, - Minister of Culture"
According to Mambetaliev, "Kyrgyz Culture Service" has a powerful technical base.
"Recently, we acquired 15 buses, which are now on the balance of 'Kyrgyz Culture Service' and serve theatrical and entertainment institutions. It is important for the equipment to be in one hand. There needs to be a single owner. Otherwise, if the buses are distributed among various theaters, there may be problems with financing, as well as with the qualifications of drivers and engineering staff," the minister explained.
Furthermore, he noted that "Kyrgyz Culture Service" employs experienced engineers and drivers who are provided to theaters upon request.
"For example, on August 31 of this year, we held an event in Jalal-Abad. At that time, the city was still called Jalal-Abad. We set up a stage; such prices have never been seen in Kyrgyzstan! We additionally acquired LED screens and assembled a very large stage, and all this became possible thanks to 'Kyrgyz Culture Service'..." the head of the ministry added.
