Footage of the helicopter crash at a ski resort in Russia has emerged
According to information provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Perm Krai, the incident happened during the daytime. Both individuals on board were killed - Ilyas Gimadutdinov, the founder of the company "Tattrancom," and his partner Elmira Konyakov.
The investigation revealed that air traffic controllers were not notified about the flight. The helicopter struck the cable of the ski lift and crashed to the ground. This incident was witnessed by vacationers at the resort.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 263 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, concerning violations of the rules for the safe operation of air transport, which led to the death of two or more persons through negligence.
