The Kyrgyzstan National Football Team Announced Its Readiness for the Start of the Asian Cup

Before the start of the final stage of the U-23 Asian Cup, the Olympic football team of Kyrgyzstan held a press conference. The event was attended by head coach Edmar Lacerda and team captain Said Datsiev.

The coach noted that the team aims to demonstrate a high level of play, despite the strong opponents in the group:

“We are here to showcase spectacular and organized football. We understand that the opponents are strong, but the team is well prepared for this challenge,” said Lacerda.

Said Datsiev, the team captain, added that the players are focused and serious:

“We arrived with confidence in our abilities and strive for a positive result in every match,” he noted.

The first match for the Kyrgyzstan national team will be on January 6 against the Saudi Arabian team, the host of the competition. The game will start at 22:00 Bishkek time.

All matches of the U-23 Asian Cup will be broadcast live on the UTRK Sport and Kyrgyz Sport TV channels.
