The center offers a wide range of rehabilitation services free of charge, including:
- medical rehabilitation, which includes physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise (TE), massage, paraffin therapy, and dental services (treatment and prosthetics);
- medical and technical assistance, including preparation for prosthetics and adaptation to prosthetic devices;
- psychological support;
- social and labor rehabilitation, where training is provided in sewing on sewing machines, beadwork, drawing, and basic computer literacy;
- social and cultural rehabilitation, which includes organizing cultural events with the active participation of patients.
To use the center's services, the following documents must be provided:
- a referral from the Family Medicine Center, the General Practice Center, the Medical and Social Expert Commission, the Republican Institution for Prosthetic and Orthopedic Products, or a stationary social institution;
- passport;
- a copy of the disability certificate from the MSEC;
- results of a fluorography conclusion and a general blood and urine analysis;
- an individual rehabilitation and habilitation program for the disabled (IRP).
Patients at the center are accommodated in comfortable rooms and receive three hot meals a day. There are also recreation areas, a television, board games, a library, and a computer class available.
The length of stay at the center can range from 10 to 20 days. In the case of rehabilitation with prosthetics, depending on the complexity of the device and the adaptation period, the duration may be from 15 to 35 working days.
Individuals with first-group disabilities who require assistance during initial prosthetics can be hospitalized along with accompanying persons, for whom beds and meals are also provided.
Upon discharge of patients from remote regions, compensation for one-way travel by land transport (excluding taxis) is provided once a year.
Since the beginning of this year, 855 citizens have undergone rehabilitation.
