From the first months of a child's life, it is important to pay attention to gymnastics and massage. These procedures contribute to muscle strengthening, improved blood circulation, and the formation of correct posture. Parents are advised to engage in such activities daily.
“When the baby starts to move actively, the focus shifts to natural forms of activity: crawling, rolling over, walking, and age-appropriate games. These exercises develop coordination, strength, endurance, and promote overall motor skills. It is also important to choose toys correctly so that they are safe and age-appropriate, excluding the risk of swallowing small parts, shards, or magnetic batteries, which can threaten health,” explains Jamiyla Anakeeva.

The specialist also recommends limiting the time children spend on electronic gadgets to 30-60 minutes a day. It is known that excessive use of phones, tablets, and computers can lead to addiction and negatively affect mental and physical well-being. Spending long periods in front of a screen often leads to irritability, conflicts with parents, reluctance to communicate with relatives and peers, as well as a sedentary lifestyle and vitamin D deficiency. Additionally, children's attention span may decrease, memory may become overloaded with excessive information, and they may become detached from reality. In some cases, the consequences can be serious, so it is especially important to establish rules from an early age:
- limit gadget usage time and monitor content;
- keep track of the child's communication and the information received;
- encourage active forms of leisure: outdoor walks, sports, and developmental clubs;
- set a personal example of healthy behavior with technology.
“Preventing a problem is much easier than fixing it later. Early prevention and reasonable control from parents will help instill healthy habits, a safe attitude towards gadgets, and emotional well-being in children,” added the expert.
