As reported by the acting chief physician of the center, Roza Abildaeva, the new equipment was sent to several departments: surgery, women's consultation, operating block, emergency department, and maternity ward.
“One of the most significant acquisitions for our hospital has been the laparoscopic apparatus. This method allows for surgeries with minimal incisions, which contributes to the rapid recovery of patients and increases the safety of surgical interventions,” noted Roza Abildaeva.
In addition to the new equipment, nurses and paramedics from five groups of family doctors working under our supervision received electronic medical kits. These medical sets will help provide quality and prompt assistance to residents of remote areas,” she added.
The A. Zhakishov Center for General Medical Practice was built and began operating in 1988. The facility is designed for 70 beds and includes six departments, serving more than 27,000 residents of the district.
