The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Ayaz Bayetov noted that the reforms being carried out by the ministry are facing serious problems — the pace of their implementation is too slow. In particular, three months ago, the ministry requested the cancellation of the draft law on the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund, but no new proposal has been presented.
