The fourth kidney transplant successfully performed at OshGU Clinic
According to the university, the patient's story began three years ago when a 40-year-old man had to start dialysis. The decision to donate was made by his 68-year-old father, Anarbek Usenov, who readily agreed to help his son.
The family searched for options to conduct the operation for a long time, including considering foreign clinics, such as those in Turkey. However, the high costs of treatment abroad proved to be unaffordable. Upon learning that a high-tech operation could be performed in Osh, they decided to move from Bishkek.
Anarbek Usenov noted that his trust in local specialists was justified: the entire preparation process and operation were organized under the strict supervision of experienced doctors.
According to clinic representatives, significant funds and trips abroad were previously required for such operations.
Currently, both the donor and the recipient are under medical supervision, and the condition of both patients is assessed as stable.
