At the meeting of the committee of the Jogorku Kenesh on labor, health care, women's affairs, and social issues, Edyta Taygaraeva expressed the idea of the possibility of concluding agreements between the state and private rehabilitation institutions. This would allow parents of children with special needs to receive discounts on services.

She emphasized that the number of state rehabilitation centers is limited, while private institutions are widespread, but their service costs are high.

In this regard, the deputy proposed that the state partially cover rehabilitation expenses by providing parents with discounts at private centers.
