“The laboratory was not operating during the holidays. The district is large, and people come directly to us, bypassing electronic registration and local medical points. If they had used the electronic queue, we would not have faced such a situation. We are actively conducting explanatory work among citizens,” noted Mamasadykova.
It was previously reported that the number of patients waiting for an appointment at the Osh Interregional Combined Clinical Children's Hospital has also significantly increased, which has led to dissatisfaction among citizens.
