Life in the Regions: Two-Time Champion of Kyrgyzstan in Muay Thai Trains Youth in Toktogul District
She is the mother of three sons and shared her experience in sports, interaction with youth, and ambitions for the future with Turmush.
Aizada was born on May 31, 1993, in the village of Sargata and currently continues to live in her hometown while working in Uch-Terek.
By education, she is a teacher and is currently on maternity leave; nevertheless, she actively trains the younger generation. “I am a teacher, but during my maternity leave, I continue my work as a Muay Thai coach. Through sports, I strive to raise the youth, instilling in them strength, discipline, and self-confidence,” she shared.
Aizada received her higher education at the Kyrgyz State University named after I. Arabayev, studying in the Faculty of Computer Science. However, over time, sports took an important place in her life.
Her interest in Muay Thai arose after her first training session. “I felt an inner desire to engage in this sport, and the goal of becoming a healthy mother and grandmother inspired me,” she shares.
At the age of 23, Aizada made the choice to pursue Muay Thai. Her main motivation came from her coach and life challenges that, according to her, strengthened her spirit.
Today, she is proud to hold the title of two-time champion of the Kyrgyz Republic in Muay Thai and also has the candidate for master of sports standard in MMA. Throughout her career, she has participated in numerous competitions where she has showcased her skills.
Aizada notes that her sports journey is filled with significant moments.
“Every victory is the result of hard work, and defeat serves as a valuable lesson. The main thing is not to give up. Sometimes, when I see little children crying after a loss, I want to hand medals to each of them. I feel even more for them than their parents do,” she says.
Her students also actively participate in competitions, achieving excellent results. She regularly accompanies them to tournaments and training sessions across the country. “Every victory of my students is also my victory,” emphasizes Aizada.
In her free time, she also works in the beauty industry; however, she primarily focuses on the children. “My children are my strength, motivation, and meaning of life,” she adds.
In the future, Aizada dreams of raising many champions and creating a generation of young people who are confident in themselves and care about their health. She sets herself the goal of developing sports in Kyrgyzstan and elevating it to a new level.
Addressing the youth, Aizada urges them not to give up in the face of difficulties. “No matter how hard it is, don’t give up. Believe in yourself and move forward. Everyone is capable of changing their life,” she concluded.
