Born in 1994, Saikal began her culinary career by following in her mother's footsteps. Her first earned money at the age of 12 from selling ashlyanfu marked the beginning of her journey.
After becoming a mother and getting married, she used her maternity leave to develop her skills, which later allowed her to achieve success upon returning to her hometown.
Since her mother-in-law suggested that she sell her dishes, her reputation as a chef has grown, and in the summer, she began regular sales.
Saikal had long dreamed of becoming a catering chef and, after training, gathered a team to realize her ambitions.
For three years, her team has been successfully providing culinary services for events.
Saikal notes that working in someone else's kitchen requires skill and finds joy in the gratitude of her clients.
