Ainaizik, who is only 13 years old, studies in the 5th grade at the Children's School of Arts named after J. Sheralieva, located in the At-Bashy district. A Turmush correspondent spoke with Ainaizik to learn about her exciting creative journey, dreams, and ambitions.
At the moment, the young komuz player has mastered between 15 to 20 musical pieces. Her repertoire includes popular folk kuyas such as "Zhash tolkun," "Zhash kerbes," and "Köyron kuu." Ainaizik strives not only to perform each melody but also to deeply understand its meaning and the history of its creation.
She is inspired by the life path of the great musician Toktogul Satylganov. She studies the background of his works and considers him a role model. "With the help of the komuz, I have participated in various competitions and visited many places. I have been to Bishkek twice, and once I managed to perform alone at a competition in the capital, which makes me very happy. I have also often performed on stages in the Naryn region," she shares.
Such events have not only brought her professional experience but have also strengthened her confidence in her abilities.
For Ainaizik, the komuz is not just an instrument but a way to express her feelings. "Playing the komuz, we can convey our emotions. I practice a lot both at school and at home. At family celebrations, I always play for my loved ones. When they invite guests, I definitely perform," she explains.
The young artist emphasizes that her successes are impossible without the support of her parents, relatives, and teachers. "I am very grateful to my parents and teachers who always support me. They help with tuition fees, provide moral support, and motivate me to achieve more," says Ainaizik.
She is confident that to achieve mastery in playing the komuz, mere desire is not enough.
