The speaker emphasized that there are cases where the same project is implemented simultaneously in different locations, leading to unnecessary expenses; for example, two FAPs (Field Ambulance Points) may be built in one village while similar institutions are absent in other areas.
He strongly urged the creation of a systematic approach, where state bodies and charitable organizations would act in unison rather than duplicating each other.
Members of the Jogorku Kenesh actively collaborate with foundations and implement numerous social initiatives in the regions. In this regard, the speaker proposed moving to a unified coordination system to improve overall work efficiency.
Representatives of the charitable foundations supported the ideas expressed and expressed their readiness for joint activities. They also raised issues they face on the ground, including bureaucratic obstacles: some constructed medical facilities are not being put into operation, and in several villages, there are difficulties in obtaining permits for the construction of social institutions.
In response, Marlen Mamataliyev assured that the parliament is open to direct interaction with the foundations and is ready to assist in resolving the emerging problems.
