1. Starting from April 1, 2026:
- Salary increases with equalization and rounding, as well as the introduction of a presidential compensation payment of 15,000 soms for employees in education, healthcare, culture, sports, and social protection, if their salaries are regulated by decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers; technical and junior support staff are excluded.
- A presidential compensation payment of 5,000 soms for technical and junior support staff, as well as for civil and contract personnel in law enforcement agencies and the Armed Forces, whose salaries are also subject to regulation.
- Increase in allowances for quality, complexity, and results of work up to 50% of the official salary for certain employees of state bodies and local self-government.
- Introduction of a presidential compensation payment of 15,000 soms for employees of subordinate and territorial divisions of state bodies, except for law enforcement agencies and the Armed Forces, as well as some other specialized organizations.
- Take measures arising from this decree;
- Make the necessary amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Republican Budget for 2026 and the Planning Period of 2027-2028."
5. The decree comes into force upon its official publication.
