Upon concluding the negotiations, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Ministry of Energy of the KR and ShuiFa Group, aimed at developing energy infrastructure, including charging stations and energy storage systems.

Additionally, Ibraev met with Yulin Lian, the founder and CEO of NUCL New Energy Tech, to discuss joint projects for the establishment of charging stations and the implementation of modern technologies.

The minister presented plans for the construction of charging stations in Kyrgyzstan, to which the representative of NUCL New Energy Tech expressed interest in collaborating with the Ministry of Energy of the KR.
The delegation also held meetings with representatives of Zhejiang Anfu Energy, a company engaged in the production of charging stations for electric transport, discussing the possibilities of equipment supply and technology localization.
