
The Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic, Taalaibek Ibraev, made a working trip to China on March 25, 2026, where he held a series of meetings with representatives of leading energy and technology companies in the country. This was part of a project to create charging stations and energy storage systems.
During the visit, the minister familiarized himself with the activities of ShuiFa Group by visiting the manufacturing plant in Zhuhai. There, he met with Yang Bin, the deputy director of the corporation and a member of the Party Committee.
The negotiations between the parties focused on expanding cooperation in the energy sector. The result of these discussions was the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Energy of Kyrgyzstan and the ShuiFa Corporation. The document aims at joint work in the field of energy infrastructure, including the development of charging stations and energy storage systems.
This signing was a significant step towards modernizing the energy sector of Kyrgyzstan and creating a sustainable transport infrastructure.
Also during the visit, a meeting was held with Yulin Lyan, the founder and CEO of NUCL New Energy Tech. During the discussions, opportunities for cooperation in the field of charging stations for electric vehicles and the implementation of modern technologies were considered.
Ibraev emphasized the importance of installing and operating charging stations in Kyrgyzstan using advanced solutions. A representative of NUCL New Energy Tech expressed readiness for joint work with the Ministry of Energy.
In addition, the delegation held negotiations with Zhejiang Anfu Energy, a company specializing in the production of charging stations for electric transport. The possibilities of equipment supply and technology localization for Kyrgyzstan were discussed.
