In the course of his speech, Japarov highlighted the achievements of the Naryn region. Over the past five years, the gross regional product has increased from 18 to 40 billion soms, industrial production has grown 5.7 times, and the number of newly opened enterprises has risen from 30 to 134. Additionally, projects for construction, road improvement, and irrigation totaling 21 billion soms are being implemented in the region, and 259 kilometers of roads have been paved.
In conclusion of his speech, the president called for unity, labor, and creation, emphasizing that cohesion is the foundation for building a new Kyrgyzstan.
