The Code on Non-Tax Revenues of Kyrgyzstan Has Been Amended

According to a statement from the press service of the President's Administration, Sadyr Japarov signed the bill "On Amending the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic on Non-Tax Revenues."

This law, which was adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh on February 26, 2026, aims to simplify the conditions for the payment of state duties for citizens.

According to the expected outcomes, these changes should improve citizens' access to the judicial system and government agencies by removing restrictions on cash payments or bank transfers.
