The ЖК approved the bill for the construction of two overpasses and a road in the city of Osh.

In the southern capital of Kyrgyzstan, the city of Osh, the construction of two overpass bridges and a 3.2-kilometer road is planned. Financing for this project will be provided by the Eurasian Development Bank, which will offer $14.5 million in loans and $1.2 million in grants. During a committee meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, the deputies unanimously supported the bill in its third reading.

The total cost of this construction project is estimated at $19.2 million, of which $3.9 million will be allocated from the republican budget.

Earlier, representatives of the Ministry of Transport raised the issue of traffic jams in Osh, emphasizing that the implementation of the construction of overpasses and the road will significantly improve the situation with vehicle traffic.
