A School for Young Professionals is Being Established at the Parliament
According to Saginayev, it is planned to select 120 students and young specialists aged 25 to 30. The training program will last 2.5 months and will be held annually. Participants from various regions of the country will have the opportunity to intern in the parliament, where each deputy will be assigned one young specialist who will learn about the legislative process under the guidance of a mentor. "They should not be perceived as assistants to the deputies," he emphasized.
In addition, the best participants in the program will have the opportunity to undergo a year-long internship.
"During this time, they will attend meetings of the Jogorku Kenesh and committees, studying the legislative process. We aim to bring new qualified personnel into the civil service. Upon completion of the internship, participants will receive a corresponding certificate," the deputy added.
Saginayev noted that the implementation of this initiative will not require significant financial investments from the budget.
"We are counting on the support of donors for this project," he concluded.
