According to information from the Cabinet of Ministers, in 2024, the coverage of children in preschool education was 28.3%, and by 2025, this figure increased to 51%. Currently, there are 2,344 kindergartens in the country, attended by over 320,000 children. By 2030, it is planned to increase preschool education coverage to 80%.

The construction of "Үмүт чырагы" is being carried out with the support of the company "Artvin Development." The new kindergarten will be a modern two-story building with 250 places and a total area of 3,467 square meters. It will include classrooms, speech therapy and gymnastics rooms, as well as a contact zoo, creating all the necessary conditions for the full development of children.
