The special kindergarten "Umut Chyragy" will become an important resource for children with disabilities and their parents, as noted by Deputy Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev at the ceremony of laying the capsule for the foundation of the new institution.
Kasymaliev emphasized that this kindergarten will create an ideal environment for the comprehensive development of children: there will be halls for physical activity, speech therapy rooms, and even a petting zoo.
"We are actively implementing the principles of inclusion, thanks to our economic capabilities and the support of like-minded individuals. This will allow every child to participate in the life of society. This kindergarten is a reflection of our care for children. The construction of 'Umut Chyragy', which has special conditions for special children, brings joy to both parents and the entire community. I express my sincere gratitude to Artvin Development LLC for investing about 4 million dollars in this project. The start of construction of this important social facility in the holy month of Ramadan symbolizes humanity and care," noted Kasymaliev.
It should be noted that a ceremony was held in Bishkek for the laying of the capsule for the foundation of the kindergarten "Umut Chyragy," which will be built in a modern two-story format with a total area of 3,570 square meters and will be able to accommodate 250 children.
