Judge of the Pervomaisky Court issued an acquittal verdict on the charge of inciting hatred.
According to the investigation, Israilova posted a video on Instagram Reels on November 10, 2025, containing provocative and offensive statements aimed at inciting hatred against citizens of China. The investigation concluded that the content of this video contributed to the formation of negative stereotypes and undermined the foundations of interethnic relations. A criminal case was initiated on November 21, 2025, and Israilova was detained. Later, after the investigation was completed, the charges were reclassified from part 2 to part 1 of Article 330 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and sent to court.
During the court proceedings, the judge changed the measure of restraint, and on March 17, 2026, having considered all the circumstances of the case, made the decision to acquit Israilova due to the absence of a crime.
