Exceptions are possible under certain circumstances
President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree introducing a moratorium on inspections of business entities until the end of 2026.
This restriction applies to inspections conducted by law enforcement and other authorized state bodies.
However, there are exceptions that allow the following types of inspections:
- inspections related to criminal and civil proceedings;
- inspections at the request of the entrepreneurs themselves;
- inspections based on appeals from state bodies of foreign countries;
- inspections based on applications from individuals and legal entities;
- inspections in the presence of specific facts of legal violations;
- customs control;
- tax inspections within the framework of a previously established tax moratorium;
- inspections conducted by the National Bank;
- inspections in the field of civil aviation.
This document also specifies the personal responsibility of heads of state bodies regarding compliance with this moratorium.
Thus, the government aims to reduce pressure on businesses, prevent cases of abuse during inspections, and create more favorable conditions for investments.
