The Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic has updated a number of regulations concerning non-tax revenues received from subsoil users.

In accordance with the new decree, the tasks of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology and Technical Supervision, as well as its structural divisions, have been clarified.

In particular, provisions regarding the direct administration of fees for subsoil use licenses have been excluded from the document. Instead, the ministry is tasked with coordinating the calculations for these fees provided by subsoil users.

Additionally, the agency will be responsible for monitoring the accuracy of payment calculations, preparing reports, and conducting recalculations for the specified fees.

Similar changes have also been made to the regulations governing the operation of the Kyrgyz Geological Service.

This document will come into effect 15 days after its publication.
