The head of the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service has changed

According to information provided by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers, Marat Pirnazarov is no longer the head of the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service, which is under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The order for his dismissal was signed by Adylbek Kasymaliev, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers.

Pirnazarov took office in May 2023, but now his position will be filled by Kairat Mamatov.

Kairat Mamatov, born on February 26, 1982, holds a higher education degree in economics.

From 2006 to 2012, he taught economics at the Department of Public Health and Health Care at the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy (KGMA).

From 2007 to 2008, he worked as an assistant to a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on a voluntary basis.

From 2011 to 2012, Mamatov was a member of the Lenin Territorial Election Commission in Bishkek.

From 2012 to 2021, he served as the chairman of the Bishkek Territorial Election Commission.

Since 2018, he has also been a member of the working group focused on improving the electoral legislation of Kyrgyzstan.

In 2021, Mamatov was elected to the Central Commission for Elections and Referendums from the parliamentary faction "Respublika — Ata Jurt".

Additionally, he was a member of the Board of Directors of OJSC "RSK Bank" until August 2021 and chaired the Board of Directors of OJSC "Aiyl Bank".

For his contribution to the development of the electoral system of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kairat Mamatov was awarded a Certificate of Honor.
