Today, March 13, Elden Kalchakeev, the chief expert of the sectoral policy department of the Presidential Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, introduced the new deputy minister and chief state sanitary doctor to the central office of the Ministry of Health.
This position was granted to Ishenapysova in accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Previously, she held the position of head of the Republican Center for Immunoprophylaxis. It is worth noting that Ryspek Sydygaliev, who previously served as the acting chief state sanitary doctor, was detained at the end of February by the investigative service of the GKNB on suspicion of corrupt activities, which led to serious consequences.
