The deputy noted that the agency had made numerous mistakes, including cases of property seizure from entrepreneurs, even from those who had been dismissed from public service. "I urge citizens to file complaints, but many are afraid to do so because relatives of former GKNB employees work in the prosecutor's office and the president's administration," she added.
Surabaldiyeva also demanded clarification on how many properties were returned to state ownership voluntarily and how many as a result of coercive measures.
She emphasized: "There is information that some property was transferred to the relatives of former employees."
In response, President Sadyr Japarov stated that he had instructed law enforcement agencies to accept complaints and conduct thorough investigations. "If someone illegally transferred property, it will be returned. We intend to complete the audit of state property by the end of the year. Additional information will be provided later," he added.
