President: The list of property transferred to the state will be published after the audit
Sadyr Japarov, the President of Kyrgyzstan, commented on the statements made by the deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh, Elvira Surabaldiyeva, regarding the event held on March 8, as well as the pressure on business people and the return of property to the state.

During her address, Elvira Surabaldiyeva expressed gratitude to the president on behalf of the young activists of Bishkek for the opportunity to hold the event on March 8. She noted that the event was peaceful and was under the control of law enforcement agencies.

The deputy emphasized that there were no extremist slogans or provocative actions among the participants. “I was at the event for about an hour and did not notice any calls or propaganda. We can oppose violence in various ways, including scientific conferences and public discussions. If the girls want to express their point of view, we should not hinder that,” she said.

Surabaldiyeva also raised the issue of complaints from entrepreneurs about the actions of certain law enforcement officers. She reported that many appeals from business people who are afraid to file official complaints are coming to parliament.

“Entrepreneurs report cases of pressure and seizure of property. Some of them are afraid of official complaints. If such complaints come in, I am ready to forward them directly to the president,” the deputy added.

She suggested publishing an official list of property returned to the state for clarity: which part was returned voluntarily and which part was returned by decisions of investigative bodies.

In response to these questions, the president emphasized that he instructed law enforcement agencies to accept all citizens' appeals and conduct thorough investigations.

“I instructed the General Prosecutor's Office, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the State National Security Committee to accept statements and conduct detailed checks. If any employees illegally appropriated property or money from entrepreneurs, they are obliged to return them to the owners,” the president stated.

He also added that work on checking possible abuses has already begun.
The president reported that the final list of property returned to the state will be made public after the audit is completed.
According to him, this concerns not only financial resources but also various assets such as land plots, buildings, kindergartens, enterprises, and other assets.

“After the audit is completed, we will present accurate data and a list of property. This may take time, as it is necessary to thoroughly check all objects,” noted Sadyr Japarov.
