He emphasized that one of his goals is to overcome the division of the country into north and south.
“For 30 years, we have lived under regional division. I promised myself that I would put an end to this, as it poses a threat to national security. We have already started the rotation of civil servants, and it is yielding positive results. Now we will implement rotation among students,” the president noted.
Every year, 10,000 grants are provided for education. Starting in 2027, a redistribution of budget places is planned: applicants living in the south will be sent to study in the north, while students from the north will go to the southern regions. In 20-30 years, such an initiative should lead to a gradual disappearance of regional confrontation and create a new generation of managers with a nationwide mindset,” he added.
