According to the new document, the sale of unhealthy products will be prohibited within a radius of 100 meters from schools.
The resolution also clarifies the requirements for the infrastructure of educational institutions. In particular, the construction of four-story buildings is permitted in conditions of limited space. The top floor may house services for household purposes and offices for working with students, such as psychologists, speech therapists, and social educators.
The document updates the requirements for the placement of schools in converted buildings, which must include classrooms, cafeterias, medical offices, recreation areas, administrative premises, restrooms, and cloakrooms.

In 2026, 25 new schools and 7 educational buildings will be constructed in Bishkek.
The use of basement floors for cafeterias, libraries, sports halls, and assembly halls is allowed, provided that sanitary, ventilation, and fire safety standards are met.
It is recommended to create separate changing rooms and restrooms in sports halls for boys and girls. The possibility of installing showers is determined by the technical conditions of the building. If the school does not have its own gym, the use of nearby sports facilities is permitted.
The new rules will come into effect in two weeks.
