The purpose of this document is to ensure information security and protect citizens, including minors, from unacceptable content, as stated by the government.
It is worth noting that the country has already introduced liability for the storage, viewing, and distribution of pornographic materials. This law was adopted by the Jogorku Kenesh and signed by the president.
