Direct flights from Jeddah to Osh resume on March 4
According to the ambassador, this step became possible thanks to negotiations conducted by the embassy on behalf of the president with the airline Flynas.
Flights will be operated three times a week — on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Initially, the plan is to transport Kyrgyz citizens who have already purchased tickets but were unable to fly due to flight cancellations.
Additionally, the diplomatic mission is also working on restoring air communication between Jeddah and Bishkek. According to preliminary data, this route is expected to resume in the coming days with the same frequency — three times a week.
It should be noted that many flights to the Middle East were canceled after the start of the military operation by Israel and the USA against Iran on February 28.
