According to the new resolution, the State Border Service will carry out round-the-clock control at all checkpoints of the special zone. Additionally, the checkpoints will be connected to the Unified System for Accounting External Migration in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the State National Security Committee, and OJSC "Kyrgyztelecom" (upon agreement). At the international airport "Issyk-Kul," a separated exit system is planned to be established for passengers heading to and departing from the zone. Border guards have also been tasked with considering the possibility of increasing the number of staff to ensure the established regime.
Control over goods at the borders of the zone is assigned to the customs service, which must also organize their placement under the free customs zone procedure in accordance with international agreements. Customs will assess the need to expand the staff for work at the checkpoints.
The Ministry of Finance is responsible for the construction, equipping, and modernization of the checkpoints, while the managing company of the zone must establish interaction with government bodies to implement all procedures.
