At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Kamila Talieva stated that Kyrgyz citizens have faced problems when trying to travel for minor Hajj, relying on information from the "Tunduk" system, which indicated no debts.

According to her, recently five citizens were unable to go on Umrah because it was revealed at the airport that they had financial debts.

“They checked their debts in the 'Tunduk' system and found no obligations. However, this information changed right before their flight. This is due to a discrepancy between the 'Tunduk' system and the Border Service. It is urgent to establish their interaction to avoid similar situations in the future. If a person is ready to pay a debt at the airport, the information about this should be instantly updated in the system so that they can fly out,” Talieva emphasized.

Deputy Attorney General Umutkan Konkubayeva added that the Border Service uses the SVM program, and work is currently ongoing to synchronize it with other systems. “If a debt was settled at the airport, the payment information appears in the system only after three hours,” she clarified.
