From April 1, vehicle re-registration in Kyrgyzstan - only online
According to Tumanbaev, the need to visit the State Center for Registration of Vehicles and Driver's Licenses ("Unaa") will be eliminated, except for cases involving the issuance of technical passports and state license plates. In the future, there are plans to implement home delivery of documents, which will completely eliminate the need for personal visits to the center.
“Currently, vehicle re-registration is already available in electronic format. We aim for citizens to spend less time, and for the service to be convenient and transparent,” added Kanibek Tumanbaev.
He noted that the digital transformation of public services is progressing rapidly, and "Kyzmat" is gradually expanding the range of electronic services across the country, reducing queues and allowing for remote document acquisition. Tumanbaev emphasized that such measures significantly increase the transparency of the public sector's operations and simplify citizens' lives.
“Kyzmat” also reminded that online re-registration is currently in pilot mode, and the transition to a mandatory electronic format will be an important step in the reform process.
