Born in 1991, Ajibaev began his parliamentary career in 2021, becoming a representative of the VII convocation. In November 2025, he was re-elected to the VIII convocation from the multi-mandate electoral district No. 1 (Leilek district). Currently, he holds the position of first deputy speaker and previously worked as an investigator for the military prosecutor's office of the Bishkek garrison.

The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums 24.kg noted that they have not yet received any statements from Ajibaev.
Earlier, several deputies, including Eldar Su laymanov, Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu, and Kunduzbek Su laymanov, also resigned from their mandates.
