Kim Jong Un appointed his 13-year-old daughter as curator of North Korea's nuclear forces

According to information from the South Korean newspaper The Chosun Daily, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has tasked his 13-year-old daughter Kim Ju Ae with overseeing the country's nuclear forces, reports the publication Meduza.

Kim Ju Ae has already participated in the recent congress of the Workers' Party of Korea, which took place in February of this year.

Although the publication does not specify Kim Ju Ae's official title, she can be referred to as the "General Director of Missiles." She receives reports from high-ranking generals and sends them directives.

The Chosun Daily also notes that the daughter of the North Korean leader often appears in public with her father, including visits to military training grounds and observing tests. According to sources from South Korean intelligence, Kim Ju Ae is being prepared as a potential successor to Kim Jong Un.

It should be noted that information about Kim Jong Un's family is extremely limited. It is known that he has two other sons, including Kim Ju Ae's older brother, Kim Jong Chul, who was born in 2010.
