The deputy called for the opening of branches of "Kyrgyztest" in the regions.
He noted that young specialists from remote areas face problems related to the long wait for their turn to take tests in Bishkek.
“This institution has cases of bureaucracy and corruption. While we require knowledge of the state language, we do not create equal conditions for all who wish to participate. Specialists from the regions experience discrimination, wasting their time and money,” added Karybek uulu.
The deputy called for the opening of "Kyrgyztest" branches in every region and suggested implementing digital technologies to simplify the testing process.
