At a recent parliamentary meeting, deputy Karybek uulu Ulukbek noted that previously, as a journalist, he had repeatedly raised the issue of the illegal seizure of an 18-hectare plot of land in the Chek-Abad rural administration of the Aravan district. According to him, this plot was seized by former security service employee Sheraly Nurmuratov.
According to the MP, various facilities were built on the specified territory, which were then sold to third parties. He believes that due to corrupt connections, this incident has remained unnoticed for many years.
Karybek uulu Ulukbek called on the relevant state authorities to conduct a thorough investigation and make a decision regarding the disputed land plot in the interests of both the state and local residents.
