Rayimberdi Duyshenbiev is a major general and a career military officer. He is a graduate of the Dair Asanov Military Lyceum and the Border Institute of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

- 2013-2016 — Chairman of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
