These changes occurred due to the transformation of the state enterprise "Ala-Too Resort" into a joint-stock company, which required a revision of legal formulations and the procedure for interaction with the land plots that will be used for the construction of a new tourist cluster.
As part of these adjustments, the Cabinet has defined new aspects for the holder of the balance, expanded the functions of land commissions, and introduced a mechanism for replacing plots for auction winners in cases where land development becomes impossible for objective technical reasons.
Land plots in the Ak-Suu district will be transferred to the JSC "Ala-Too Resort" under the terms of free indefinite use for the creation of infrastructure for an all-season tourist cluster.
This resolution comes into effect from the moment of its official publication.
