State companies will receive benefits for the construction of the all-season "Ala-Too Resort"
According to the amendments made to the tax legislation, land plots granted for indefinite use to state enterprises in the tourism sector and companies fully owned by the state now have a special status.
The state enterprise "Ala-Too Resort," which is under the jurisdiction of the President's Office, has been exempted from customs duties on the import of construction materials and equipment necessary for the creation of the mountain cluster.
These benefits apply to all customs procedures related to the import of the mentioned goods.
The goal of the resolution is to develop the tourism infrastructure in the Issyk-Kul region and create favorable conditions for the implementation of large investment projects in the area.
The document will come into force ten days after its official publication.
