Deputy: Detained GKNB Employees Robbed Businesses Through Private Auditors
As the parliamentarian noted, this group developed a scheme in which private auditors were engaged to conduct unfounded business inspections. Ismanali Joroev emphasized that the conclusions of these experts, which are essentially advisory in nature, were used as a means of pressure on entrepreneurs.
“GKNB employees, based on the conclusions of private auditors, accused businessmen of causing damage to the state. Through intimidation and threats, they effectively robbed entrepreneurs, forcing them to pay large sums. This has nothing to do with legitimate inspections or state examinations,” the deputy said.
Ismanali Joroev also conveyed the request of the business community to stop this practice. He noted that only the conclusions of the Audit Chamber or other state bodies can serve as the basis for claims, and called on the new leadership of the GKNB to take control of this situation.
