During this meeting, 150 printers and 1,000 cartridges were handed over, which will be used for the digital accounting of medical equipment. These devices will help optimize workflows and support the functioning of the SAMEDIS inventory system, implemented with financial support from Germany as part of the "Health V" program.

SAMEDIS is a specialized digital system for accounting, inventory, and monitoring of medical equipment.

The participants of the meeting discussed the implementation process of this project. It was reported that training for the staff has been successfully completed, and medical institutions in Bishkek and the Chui region have already finished the main stage of inventory and are now engaged in regular data updates.

“In the future, the management of information quality and database maintenance will be transferred to the state enterprise ‘Kyrgyzpharmacy’. This step will enhance transparency and efficiency in resource management within the national healthcare system,” the Ministry of Health emphasized.
