At the upcoming negotiations in Geneva, scheduled for February 17-18, a wide range of issues is expected to be discussed, including territorial aspects, which is significantly different from previous rounds in Abu Dhabi. This was reported to journalists by the press secretary of the President of Russia, Dmitry Peskov.

Peskov noted that this time the discussion will cover not only territorial issues but also other key topics. He added that the presence of the chief negotiator, Vladimir Medinsky, is required for this.

In addition to Medinsky, the Russian delegation will include Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Igor Kostyukov, and other official representatives. Kirill Dmitriev, the special representative of the President of Russia for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries, will also arrive in Geneva to discuss issues of economic interaction.

Dmitry Peskov added that the President of Russia maintains constant contact with the delegation regarding the resolution of the situation in Ukraine, providing them with detailed instructions before their departure.

On the Ukrainian side, key figures in the negotiations will include Kirill Budanov, head of the office of President Vladimir Zelensky, his first deputy Sergey Kislytsya, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andrey Gnatov, leader of the "Servant of the People" faction in the Verkhovna Rada David Arakhamia, as well as Deputy Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense Vadim Skibitsky.
