A new advisor to Sadyr Japarov will now work in parliament

The head of the cabinet, Adylbek Kasymaiev, signed a decree regarding this change.
Bektur Zulpiyev has been appointed as the new representative of the president and the cabinet of ministers in parliament. Today, President Sadyr Japarov issued a decree relieving him of his position as presidential advisor. Then, by order of Adylbek Kasymaiev, Zulpiyev was appointed to the new position.
